PUBLIC OFFER

This Public Offer Agreement (“Agreement”) is addressed to any individual (“Client”) who accepts this offer by purchasing online educational services (“Services”) provided by Makashovskiy Kyrylo Makashov, Registered Address: Mochtynska 96k, Warsaw, Poland, Registration Number: NIP 7011150942, Email: naukroom.help@gmail.com (“Provider”).

By purchasing the Services, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.

1. Parties to the Agreement

Provider: Makashovskiy Kyrylo Makashov.
Client: Any individual who accepts this Agreement by making payment for the Services.

2. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Poland.
For EU Clients: Subject to EU consumer law, including Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) and GDPR.
For UK Clients: Subject to the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and UK GDPR.
For US Clients: Subject to applicable federal and state consumer protection laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

3. Services

The Provider delivers online educational services, including but not limited to:

Access to online courses, lectures, and materials;
Digital learning support;
Access via secure online platforms.

4. Acceptance of the Offer

The Agreement is deemed accepted when the Client makes payment for the Services.
Upon payment, the Client receives confirmation via email with access details.

5. Payment Terms

The Client agrees to pay the full cost of the Services as stated on the Provider’s website at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed via third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) in accordance with their terms.

6. Refund Policy

EU & UK Clients: You have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days (“cooling-off period”), provided you have not started accessing the digital content. By starting the course (viewing or downloading materials), you expressly agree to waive this right.
US Clients: Refund requests may be made within 7 days of purchase if the course does not meet expectations.
Other Markets: Refunds are available within 7 days unless otherwise required by local law.
Refunds will not be granted if more than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
To request a refund, email naukroom.help@gmail.com. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All course content (text, video, audio, graphics, materials) is the intellectual property of the Provider.
The Client is granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license for educational use only.
Redistribution, resale, or public sharing is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” without guarantee of specific results.
The Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

The Provider processes data in compliance with GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA (US), and other applicable privacy laws.
The Client has the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of their data.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes should first be resolved amicably.
If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to courts of the Provider’s country of registration, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law in the Client’s jurisdiction.
Language Clause: This Agreement is drafted in English. In case of translation, the English version prevails.
